Greywoods is a boutique Small Business Consultancy & Coaching Service, a Start-Up Mentoring hub, and a Digital Marketing Agency. We are comprised of seasoned management consultants – SME & Start-Up specialists who help owners get out of the doing and on top of their business.

Based in Melbourne, Ballarat, Bendigo and Daylesford, we offer meticulously structured fortnightly sessions (in person or online) or ad hoc meetings designed to address very specific problems or projects. We also offer online group classes for business owners at a similar stage.

Finally, we are also home to an incredible pool of design talent: from web developers to graphic designers; social media content creators to copy writers. We articulate who you are and where you want to go, then execute some wonderful campaigns to grow you quickly, measurably and affordably.

Hi – I’m Shannon

My marketing expertise spans across the manufacturing, construction and Ag Tech industries. All have brought me a wealth of experience in campaign management, web development and customer experience. I am a master of lead generation and the wizard of retention. I am data driven and like to roll my sleeves up and understand your industry sector and customer segments.

G’day – I’m Blair

In my career I’ve had exciting stints in airlines & travel, then energy deregulation, property groups and AgTech, before conceiving, launching and running my own peer-to-peer delivery app (GoFetch). I then worked as a Management Consultant to small businesses before moving bush. All of this experience now goes into Greywoods, where a carefully selected band of incredible talent focuses on your brand, the position you want to own in the market place, and your personal goals.We are consultants, advisors and coaches working with Small Business owners initially on mindset because it all starts there.
