Greywoods offers 2 x 2 hour coaching & consulting sessions per month focusing on you and your SMT (Senior Management Team). We help move the operational execution off you and onto a team that is accountable and understands the broader business vision and goals. We free you up to be on the business more than in it, with tried and tested techniques and templates for you to complete between sessions.

Group Classes
We also offer Group Classes with a fortnightly 90 minute online session and a maximum of 6 clients per session. This comes at a lower price point and is perfect for newer or smaller businesses to get the advice and structure right and set yourself up for growth. We run this with a set curriculum so you will know in advance what topic will be covered and you will be given exercises to help you before each new session.
Digital Marketing Set Up or Audit
Greywoods is also a full service creative agency and brand specialist, helping new businesses launch with a beautiful and impactful digital presence.
Your brand essence is defined sharply and your Value Proposition and Unique Selling Propositions are articulately clearly during your sessions with us – in the context of your market and competitors. We then offer digital marketing services to seamlessly get your key messages, brand and digital platforms optimised. We like to start with a detailed Strategic Marketing Plan: a robust document that sets you up for years to come, and includes the optimisation of your website, creation of your social media pages, and a Gantt chart of 3 – 6 months of tactical activity.

FTE without the PAYG
