This 10-week Short Course is like Business 101 and will change your life – forever.

Designed for newer businesses and founders who do not yet know the terminology, processes and disciplines that can make them great leaders and business people. From this course, you will walk away understanding your Vision and Mission more clearly and how they work in real life. You will talk in terms of value instead of money. You will learn to structure sales efforts and how to feed them into a funnel that leads to inevitably to conversion and repeat business. You will learn how to read a Balance Sheet, P&L statement and manage cashflow – and get your head around costs and how to get more from existing. And finally, you will finish this course with a working Business Roadmap and Strategy.

With a maximum group size of 5 business owners, the course is conducted fortnightly and online – allowing you time to complete homework whilst running your business and applying new learnings week-to-week.
