We spend so much of our lives working, so we drill into your dreams, how you got into your trade in the first place, and the reasons you keep going. We articulate the ‘why’, which is not as easy as it sounds! But from there, we make ground quickly as we examine your personal goals and link those back to the business objectives, revenue, growth and profit targets. There is a coaching element in this phase, because it is hugely personal and we need to work with you on things like mindset, efficiency, ideal org structure, staff buy-in and how much you’ve got left in the tank.
